So this house we can't use the glowing references of the last few. We are pretty sure that the presentation of this home could be improved but we also couldn't leave it off the list because it has had a 25% price reduction while it has been on the market. Sadly the clutter is hiding some of the great features like the spacious floor plan (we are using our realtor eyes and paying attention to 2200 sq ft) and a great location and schools in the Waterford district.
